A water soluble powder containing 20% oxytetracycline which is a broad spectrum antibiotic with activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria.

INDICATIONS
To be used for the treatment and control of diseases caused by, or associated with, oxytetracycline sensitive micro-organisms in pigs, poultry and calves.

Note: oxytetracycline is not to be used in rabbits, guinea pigs, rodents or bobby calves.

INGREDIENTS
A pale yellow powder containing 20% oxytetracycline on a dextrose carrier.

DIRECTIONS
For oral use only, to be mixed fresh and fed on a daily basis.

For calf scours, neonatal diarrhoea and calf pneumonia - enteritis complex: 2kg per tonne of meal or milk powder (400mg active/kg of feed or powder.) Equivalent to 10 - 12mg active per kg bodyweight per day or 50 - 60mg Vet-Tet 20 per kg bodyweight per day.

For a 50kg calf use 2.5 - 3grams Vet-Tet 20 powder.

Treat for 5 - 10 days

STORAGE
Store in a cool dry place.

DISPOSAL
Preferably dispose of the product by use. Otherwise dispose of product and packaging in an approved landfill or other approved facility.

WITHHOLDING PERIODS
It is an offence for users of this product to cause residues exceeding the relevant MRL in the Food Notice: Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds.

MEAT
Animals producing meat and offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter during or within 10 days of cessation of the last treatment.

EGGS
Eggs from treated birds must not be sold for human consumption for 10 days following the cessation of last treatment. NOT FOR USE IN BOBBY CALVES.

PRECAUTIONS (Human)
After handling, wash hands thoroughly. Avoid inhaling dust from feeds containing this premix. Keep in a safe place away from foodstuff and children.
